I’ve created a bold, joy-filled, and audacious personal brand out of my multi-passionate living since before I had the words to describe it. Getting here was no easy feat. It came with overcoming depression, suicidal ideation and attempts, undiagnosed anxiety and ADHD, countless no’s and naysayers. GESH! But, overcoming it all sparked a self-love you can’t buy in stores, and it has cultivated the deeper sense of purpose I feel when I get to help folks like you do the same for yourself.

Growing up, I was the nerdy, creative kid born in the inner city whose love of books stood out like a sore thumb. I was the “prep school negro” who was liked by everyone but myself in my PWI boarding school. I was a talented performing artist who wouldn’t choose between my love of the arts and my love of “traditional academics” in college.
As I grew into adulthood, I was a daredevil! My travel bug spirit and insatiable love of learning led me to apply for a Fulbright research grant (last minute of course — at the start of my senior year of college). I GOT IT despite the odds stacked against me and lived abroad in a Spanish-speaking country far away from family as my first ‘adulting’ experience.
And, now I’m a thriving startup employee who stretches the realm of possibility juggling this responsibility with my passions as a business owner and performing artist. Who else do you know that has built a new department at work, brought to life a new production of a Tony-award-winning musical, and coached three 1:1 clients simultaneously?
I’m OBSESSED with the life I’ve created for myself. Managing it all isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. This is what inspires me to be a resource, confidant, guide, and friend to YOU so that you can continue to create a life that blows your mind daily — filled with courage, balance, and confidence!

Through life’s hardships and magical moments, I came to understand that the “hero” I was hoping and praying for was within me. Her divine wisdom was available to me if I sought her presence and asked for support. Her connection to God was easy to access and easier to embody if I trusted in her power and purpose. This inspired me to study myself — to study what led to failure, how to best integrate its lessons, and what led to victory. I created a me-centric manual and guide to navigating life. I created a protocol for self-governance and empowerment that was easy to replicate. Then, I shared my wisdom and tools with others. In daily interactions showcasing the power of self-compassion and encouragement. In trainings showcasing the power of authentic leadership.
